ORDER POLICYAll payments are in US dollars only.
All on-line ordering is secure and will be processed
immediately. If you wish to order by check, we cannot ship your product until your
check clears our bank and yours. We are told to allow at least 12 business days for
a check to clear. Money Orders can be processed immediately.
We accept telephone orders if you prefer not to
issue your credit card information on-line. For orders within the continental U.S.
call: 1-706-855-7059 (Eastern Standard Time: 9:00am to 9:00pm). For
locations outside the continental U.S., call 706-855-7059. For those who call
without first placing a telephone order online, we will request an e-mail address so that
we can restate your order, in writing, and ask you to confirm it.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Shipments outside the U.S. will require a special
Shipping & Handling computation. Communicate with us by e-mail (questions at
pottytrainingstuff.com) if you are outside the U.S.
NOTE: Shipments outside the U.S. (including Military Mail) are non-returnable,
non-exchangeable and non-refundable for any reason. The Customer assumes all risk,
eg: loss, theft, damage, non-delivery, etc. Your initiation of an order
assumes that you have read and agreed to this policy.
RETURN POLICY (for shipments within the U.S.
only)
Returns are accepted on products that have a mechanical defect only, and within 3 days of
delivery.
NOTE: There is no return policy for shipments outside the U.S. and Military
Mail.
Should your product have a mechanical defect, please
e-mail us (questions at pottytrainingstuff.com) and tell us what the problem
is. If valid, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA#) with further
instructions.
All returns must have an RA# issued by our Company.
We are not responsible for any returned product that does not have a valid RA#.
You must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of
your product to inform us of the mechanical defect.
We do not exchange products for any reason.
All sales are final, but we will be happy to replace any product that has a
mechanical defect.
We make every effort to present our products openly
and honestly, visually and in the description. The Customer should know exactly what
he or she will receive prior to purchase. If there are any
questions or concerns, we urge you to contact us for clarification prior to
purchase. Therefore we are not obligated to accept returns for any reason other than
a mechanical defect. We do not have a refund policy, but we will replace a
mechanically defective product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We intend to provide our customers with good and speedy service. When we receive an order,
we process it as soon as possible so that it can be shipped to you within a reasonable
timeframe. Once an order has been processed and transmitted to your credit card company,
should you decide to cancel, we will credit your account less a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been sent to shipping or has been shipped, we
cannot cancel your order.
As with any store who posts their Policies, we post ours on every
page.
Any purchase made on our website indicates an understanding and
acceptance of the above policies by the purchaser.

SHIPPING POLICY
As stated above, we try to ship within a reasonable
timeframe. However, customers should expect delays around all holidays and during
inclement weather. Additionally, orders that contain multiple products may take
longer to process.
An additional Shipping & Handling charge will be
added to items shipped outside the U.S. upon customer approval.
